1 Tablespoon peanut butter ADD 1 Tbsp peanut butter +100 calories
1 small banana
½ cup low-fat yogurt
1 Tablespoon peanut butter ADD 1 Tbsp peanut butter +100 calories

Directions:
Preheat George Foreman® grill.
Spread peanut butter on one half of
the bread, top with sliced banana and fold.
Place on George Foreman® grill for 4 minutes.
Remove from grill, slice down the middle and enjoy!
