These chicken sliders pack a spicy punch when topped
with spicy coleslaw. Served on sweet Hawaiian rolls, these are sure to become
one of your favorite sandwiches.

Servings: 4 (2 sliders each)
Ingredients:
COLESLAW
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. hot chili sauce
SLIDERS
1 lb. ground chicken
1/4 cup thinly sliced green
onion
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro,
chopped
1 Tbsp. hot chili sauce
1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. fish sauce (optional)
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. black pepper
6 slider rolls, Hawaiian
rolls work best
Directions:
Mix together coleslaw in
small bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors.
Mix slider ingredients in
medium bowl: shape into 8 meatballs. Set aside.
Attach grill plates and
preheat your George Foreman grill to 400°F.
Place four meatballs on to bottom grill plate.
Close grill and cook 4-6
minutes or until burgers are done (165°F). Repeat steps 1-5 for last four meatballs.
Fill each roll with one
chicken slider topped with 1 Tbsp. coleslaw.
