Yield: 15 skewers
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cut into large florets (about 6 cups)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp each salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
2 tbsp butter, melted
Blue cheese dressing
Carrot sticks
Celery sticks
Recipe Directions:
Preheat grill on setting #4. In a large bowl, toss together
cauliflower, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle hot sauce and melted
butter over top; toss to coat. Thread cauliflower evenly onto 15 4-inch
skewers.
Grill, covered and turning as needed, for 12 to 14 minutes
or until cauliflower is tender-crisp. Serve with blue cheese dressing, carrot
and celery sticks.
Tip: For milder flavor, reduce hot sauce to 1/3 cup.
