Grilled Pears with Gingerbread Crumble

Prep Time: 10 minutes I Cook Time: 10 minutes I Total Time: 20 minutes I Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
  • 3 Bosc pears, peeled, halved and cored
  • 1 tbspbutter, melted
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 small scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup crumbled ginerbread cookies
Directions:
  1.  Preheat grill on sear setting. Toss pears with butter and brown sugar; grill for 5 minutes or until fork-tender.
  2. Place each pear half on a plate. Top with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with gingerbread cookie crumbs.

Tip: Drizzle pears with caramel sauce before adding ice cream if desired.
